We use United Parcel Service (UPS) / U.S. Postal Service (USPS) shipping to all 50 States and Puerto Rico. Products are shipped within 24 hours of received payment excluding weekends and holidays. Hellosatusa does not offer international shipping at the moment.
We only ship to credit card BILLING addresses to prevent our customers from identity theft. If we didn't have this policy in place, the thief could use your stolen information to make purchases online and have items shipped anywhere. You might never realize that your information was stolen until you received the bill.
If you would like to have your product shipped to a different address than your credit card billing address, you simply need to contact your credit card company and ask them to add an additional address to your file.
If the unit is lost or damage during shipping, please inform Hellosatusa immediately so a refund can be filed with the carrier company on the customer's behalf. The refund process can take up to two billing cycles.
